The Retirement Homes Act, 2010 contains standards of care and safety and other requirements for licensed retirement homes in Ontario. Regulations made under the Act provide additional standards and requirements for licensed homes, as well as requirements for RHRA's administration of the Act. We meet or exceed Ontario Ministry of Safety guidelines for the safe operation of our retirement facilities. |
